3. Ordering Process & Payment Terms
Orders are placed via contact forms, email, or WhatsApp.Orders are only confirmed after pricing (including delivery) is finalised.Payment is made via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) only.Orders may require full payment upfront or a deposit, as advised per order.Quotations are valid for 7 days, unless otherwise stated.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa.Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate assistance is available at delivery (e.g., minimum of 4 people may be required for heavy items).Delivery timelines depend on product type and location.Shipping fees are quoted upon order confirmation and are not included in listed prices.
5. Returns & Refunds
No returns are accepted unless Fire & Dine is at fault (e.g., incorrect item delivered).Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.Custom items, such as bespoke mosaic ovens, are non-refundable.Products must be unused and in original condition for any return to be considered.
6. Installation Services
Installation is not included. Clients are responsible for arranging installation and ensuring site readiness.If referred to third-party installers, Fire & Dine accepts no liability for their performance, workmanship, or scheduling.The client must ensure access, ventilation, and compliance with relevant safety standards.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
Fire & Dine products may carry manufacturer warranties where applicable. No warranty is provided for damage caused by misuse, weather exposure, poor installation, or wear and tear .Instructions provided must be followed to maintain product integrity and any warranty validity.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fire & Dine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, installation issues, product misuse, or site damage. Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the
Republic of South Africa. Any legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
